A UK-based OEIC run by our Public Equity team. It holds a concentrated portfolio of 25-30 stocks - all UK listed companies, predominantly with market capitalisations of sub £150m at the time of investment.
The Fund’s Authorised Corporate Director has now been rebranded as Maitland Institutional Services Limited effective as of 1st April 2016. Following the rebrand the PFS Downing UK Micro-Cap Growth Fund has been renamed MI Downing UK Micro-Cap Growth Fund. This is for your notification only, no further action is required.
The MI Downing UK Micro-Cap Growth Fund focuses on micro-cap companies in the UK with a market cap typically valued between £20 and £150 million at the time of investment. We deploy a diligent approach to investing, taking our time to analyse companies and their management teams.

A monthly savings plan on the B and C Share classes is available. Monthly contributions of £100 can be made via standing order on the first business day of each month. The signed application form must be accompanied with a copy of the standing order letter to the clients bank.
