Secured lending

We provide debt finance to professional developers delivering projects throughout the UK, with a focus on residential or resident.

Since launching in 2010, we have provided more than £250 million worth of loans to UK development projects.

Working with experienced developers, our team brings both finance and property expertise to the table. We understand that no two projects are the same and so we work to understand the unique features of each project and offer a bespoke solution.

We can lend from £1 million to £10 million to fund up to 90% of both the land and construction costs.

If you have an opportunity you’d like to discuss, contact us at investment@downing.co.uk
