We have been investing in renewable energy technology for over a decade to support a greener future. We believe that a diversified portfolio of renewable energy investments enhances the stability of returns throughout the year.
Property Finance
We focus on making secured loans to property developers delivering residential-led schemes nationwide. We can also consider non-speculative commercial development, commercial bridging and specialist property sub-sectors such as student accommodation.
Downing Fund Managers
Downing Fund Managers is a boutique of established managers offering specialist single strategy portfolios that they believe have the potential to offer attractive long-term returns.
Development Capital
We partner with exceptional management teams to help realise their growth ambitions and maximise the potential of their business by providing flexible funding solutions, strategic support and access to our networks.
Wholesale Finance
We provide structured wholesale finance solutions to other lenders focusing on block discounting facilities to SME lenders and structured facilities for bridging finance lenders. We partner with established lenders with experienced management teams and can provide facilities between £3 million and £20 million with the ability to go higher.
