We are delighted to share the news that two care homes, currently managed by Downing and operated by our investment partners Care Concern Group, have been listed in carehome.co.uk's annual Care Home Awards. It recognises 20 of the top rated Care Homes in each region of the UK based on reviews from residents/service users and their family/friends. The Awards are based on the Care Home's Review Score, as of 28 February 2023.

Roselea Court and Queens View Harbour, currently in Downing's portfolio of high quality care homes, both appeared in the top 20 homes for Scotland, respectively. This achievement is even more impressive as this is the second year in a row Queens View Harbour has been featured and Roselea Court has been awarded this accolade only 14 months after opening.

Haling Park, whose redevelopment and initial launch was funded by Downing, appeared in the top 20 for the London area too for the third year running.
