What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

London-based investment manager, Downing LLP, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Williams as a Partner for its energy & infrastructure investment team.

Tom has 19 years’ experience working as principal and adviser across the private equity and debt infrastructure sectors, including renewable energy.  Prior to joining Downing, Tom successfully established the investment and asset management arm of Solarplicity, an independent renewable energy and low-carbon electricity supplier. At Solarplicity, Tom oversaw the strategic shift to regulated energy supply, and the structuring and financing of a £1 billion solar rooftop investment programme.

Downing LLP itself has funded over 100 energy projects since 2010 totalling around £500 million, including solar power, onshore wind and biomass. The business recently announced strategic investment for the initial phase of a £1.6 billion world-first network of electric vehicle (EV) chargers and batteries across the UK, developed by Pivot Power. Downing is an FCA authorised and regulated investment manager with over 25 years of experience, in which time it has raised funds from 35,000 investors. The business currently has over £1 billion funds under management.

Tom has also previously worked at Macquarie Group, London in both its private debt and private equity businesses. Prior to this, he was a Founding Partner at WHEB Infrastructure Partners LLP.

Chris Allner, Partner and Head of Investment at Downing LLP, said:

“We’re extremely pleased to welcome Tom at what is a very exciting time for Downing. So far in 2018, we have grown our team significantly, with 10 new hires across the business, and Tom is an excellent addition to our team.Tom’s extensive industry experience of infrastructure and renewables investment, working for prominent industry names, will prove invaluable as our business continues to make strategic developments in the energy sector."
