What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Downing Renewable Developments, a subsidiary of investment manager Downing, has been awarded planning consent for a 49.9 MW solar farm, part of its 6GW pipeline of development projects across the UK.

It has received the go-ahead for the Meerdyke Solar Farm near Marshland St James in Norfolk, which will produce enough renewable energy to power up to 12,000 homes annually and will deliver significant biodiversity enhancements across 54 hectares of the site with a Biodiversity Net Gain of 176%.

Downing is committed to making a positive contribution in the local area including providing free domestic solar installations each year to local residents, with initial installations focussed on those with the greatest need.

Tom Williams, Partner and Head of Energy and Infrastructure at Downing said: “Downing Renewable Developments is an important part of our business and we are delighted with their latest success.

With more than 25 sites at different stages of development requiring in excess of £4 billion of capital over the next ten years, we are excited to offer our investors the opportunity to join us in making a meaningful contribution to the UK’s transition to net zero.”

Tony Gannon, Head of Downing Renewable Developments, added: “Receiving this planning consent is a major milestone for us, but more importantly this project will contribute to reaching UK net zero targets and offer significant benefits to the local area including contributing to alleviating energy poverty with our long term free domestic solar installation programme.”
