Coos joined Downing in November 2018 as a consultant. He is responsible for structuring route-to-market contracts and enhancing the value of the energy and infrastructure’s portfolio. Coos has an extensive record in the energy and carbon markets having worked for energy utilities, financial institutions, consultancy and research foundations. Coos holds a PhD in Math and Natural Science from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
